CIH experts share guidelines for “Maintaining a Healthy Pregnancy”

Attend CIH prenatal class on 23 February and follow these professional pregnancy tips on safety and nutrition to stay healthy throughout the nine months before your baby arrives. 

Now that you're pregnant, taking care of yourself has never been more important. Prenatal care is the act of having a healthy lifestyle while you are pregnant. This includes making good choices and going to the doctor for regular visits. You are more likely to have a healthy birth if you maintain a healthy pregnancy.

Attending CIH prenatal class  “Maintaining a Healthy Pregnancy” will help you carefully monitor your growing baby during the span of your pregnancy. It will also give you a scheduled time to ask your doctor about any concerns you’re having about your pregnancy.

Program schedule

  • Time: 8:30  - 11:30 AM
  • Date: Saturday, 23 February,  2019
  • Guest Speakers: Dr. Tran Thi Kim Xuyen - Head of Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN)  Department, who specializes in pregnancy and childbirth, as well as women's health care 

  • Certified midwives: Ms. Ha Thi Mai (Head midwife) and Ms. Dao Thi Thuy Loan will advise you on how to optimize your health before, during, and after pregnancy to prevent low birth weight and other problems.
