The Remote Medical Consultation Service (RMCS) provides medical advice over the phone and applications on smartphones (Zalo, Facebook, Viber, ...) to ensure patients receive the treatment they need when they need it. The RMCS provides early detection of diseases, prompt medical care and monitoring of chronic medical conditions such as hypertension, diabetes ... with the advantage of saving time and costs. In particular, The use of virtual visits climbs as a way of safely treating patients and containing spread of the infection at hospitals, clinics and medical offices during Covid-19 pandemic.

  • 250,000 dong per consultation (15 minutes duration).
