Morning August 31, 2018 Hoa Lam-Shangri-La Healthcare LLC had a meeting with Japan's Kintaro Cells Power (a Stem cell technology company) at City International Hospital focusing on the launch of A New Stem Cell Center to meet the growing demand of a new technology for disease management, stem cell and cord blood processing & storage, as well as recent advances of stem cells in clinical practice.
Attending the meeting, there were Madam. Tran Thi Trung Chien, Minister of Health-Chair of CIH Medical Advisory Council; Madam. Tran Thi Lam, Chair of Members' Council and Management Board of City International Hospital; Dr. John Lucas, Chief Executive Officer of City International Hospital; Dr. Truong Vinh Long, Medical Director of Hoa Lam Healthcare Group-Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Gia An 115 Hospital along with Representatives of Kintaro Cells Power, Japan.

According to Dr. Truong Vinh Long, Medical Director of Hoa Lam Healthcare Group - Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Gia An 115 Hospital: “In Vietnam right now there are only a few establishment of stem cell centers in small scale making the majority of patients have to seek treatments and therapy from overseas. The opening of Hoa Lam Group's new stem cell center will allows medical providers to provide patients with the best stem cells for a holistic treatment as well as help many of patients in Vietnam easily get treatment in their home country which is effectively a medical cost saving solution."

What are stem cells? There are a number of cells in the average human body needed for daily health.
