Nearly 2 years attentively nurturing & more than 6 months intensively executing, to be proudly become the two hospitals firstly in Vietnam certified for American Accreditation Commission International (AACI).

The journey has been cherished since the end of 2021 and early 2022, when the two pioneering hospitals stood side by side with the health sector in Ho Chi Minh city during the most stressful and arduous days of the 4th epidemic wave of the Covid-19 for in Vietnam.And it was strongly promoted when the two hospitals decided to accompany with the Department of Health and Department of Tourism of Ho Chi Minh City to promote and showcase the medical tourism products of the city.

This is a symbol of quality of accreditation in the healthcare industry, issued by the AACI International Accreditation Council with headquarter in the United States and a network of offices in many countries around the world. The AACI standard has been recognized by the International Association for Healthcare Quality ISQua. Many large hospitals around the world have also registered to receive surveys and certification by AACI.

After the first training sessions, Gia An 115 and City International Hospital have focused all resources to plan and carry-out internal trainings for all doctors, nurses, and staff from departments following the AACI standards. At the same time, the board of managements of two hospitals have reviewed-standardized systematic processes to improve service quality, and monitored to optimize the efficiency... to qualify this set of international standards.
